My garden is a shaggy mess at the moment, and the Viking and I decided to go walkabout this weekend. So here is a photo of someone else's bit of garden instead.
One of the three lilies I planted this spring has started blooming, but it is as far removed from what I have always thought of as a martagon lily as possible -- it's orange. And double. And while I hate to say I'm disappointed, I think I am.
I'm sure I'll get over it.
