Quick Note
I have managed to find a lovely swan-necked styrofoam lady head to model hats and hoods, so I am hoping to have good and useful pictures of the 14th-C style hood, not to mention a decent pdf of the pattern, soon.

Pattern
The pattern for the Dragonhide Helm is up on the design blog for anyone what wants it.
I'm working on making it available as a Ravelry download, too, but that hasn't quite happened yet.
It is, at the moment, one (large) size. The width of the Dragon Skin repeat makes it a bear to size down, so if you need a smaller hat, I'd suggest scaling down needle and yarn size.
If you knit it and find an error in the pattern, let me know.
