The pattern for the Dragonhide Helm is up on the design blog for anyone what wants it.
I'm working on making it available as a Ravelry download, too, but that hasn't quite happened yet.
It is, at the moment, one (large) size. The width of the Dragon Skin repeat makes it a bear to size down, so if you need a smaller hat, I'd suggest scaling down needle and yarn size.
